Draft prepared by Rocco Bertino

Subject: why one person appears to be running four departments and a scavenger hunt

Rocco Bertino

A landing page disguised as a mildly overworked Word document.

Executive summary

I work across business operations, AI systems, ecommerce, and the category of life events that start as harmless ideas and quietly become software projects. This site is the public front door to that work. The private operating system is right behind it.

Current assignments

LaneRoleWhat is actually happening
Zoost DigitalHead of AIBuilding systems, removing drag, keeping the dashboards from becoming haunted.
Color Girl MiamiChief Operating OfficerRunning the machine, cleaning the handoffs, and turning good intentions into actual workflows.
Gela BeachBusiness laneSwimwear, Shopify, product ideas, and a growing pile of domains that deserves a real system.
Personal lifeThe real source materialBirthday scavenger hunts, launches, memory, decisions, and every project that refuses to stay in one category.

Projects in progress

  1. Build a command center over everything without forcing every source into the same database.
  2. Create event-grade side apps fast, especially for strange and delightful moments.
  3. Own the infrastructure so the intelligence compounds instead of leaking across tools.

Why this page exists

Most personal sites try to look effortless. This one is trying to be honest. The truth is that the work is a mix of systems thinking, operator energy, last-mile execution, and occasional beautiful nonsense. So the homepage should feel like an actual working document, not a polished brochure that forgot how the work gets done.

Also, if a landing page can politely cosplay as a Word doc without becoming ugly, that feels spiritually correct.
